Triad Terms of Use
These Terms explain the responsibilities and limits that apply when you use Triad’s website, demos, and business services. Please read them alongside your selected plan and any accepted service agreement.
Using Triad
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Triad Digital Infrastructure website, demos, and services. You must be legally able to enter an agreement. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. Do not use the services if you do not agree to the applicable terms.
An accepted order, proposal, or service agreement identifies the services you purchase. Its specific terms take priority over these general terms if they conflict. Mandatory rights under applicable law always remain in effect. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Services & project scope
Triad provides websites, CRM systems, automations, AI assistants and employees, marketing, and custom software. Your selected plan and agreed scope determine what is included. A list of available services does not promise unlimited campaigns, custom builds, revisions, or work across every channel at once.
We confirm deliverables, supported integrations, responsibilities, and any additional charges before starting out-of-scope work. References to unlimited pages, users, or bandwidth are subject to lawful use, technical limits of underlying providers, and reasonable use that does not disrupt other customers; they do not include unlimited custom development or content production.
Delivery estimates depend on receiving the materials, access, approvals, and information we need. Delays caused by missing inputs, scope changes, or third-party providers may change the schedule. Any binding delivery commitment must be stated in your accepted order.
Demos & the 7-day trial
We offer a seven-day free trial and a demo of our services so you can evaluate them before choosing a paid plan. We confirm the trial start and end dates when your trial is activated. Viewing the public demo does not start a subscription or authorize a charge. A paid plan begins only after you choose to continue and authorize its billing terms.
Demo records and example workflows may be simulated. They are not live transactions or a promise of a particular business result. Do not enter passwords, payment details, patient records, or other sensitive information into the public demo. The trial does not include completion of every custom project shown in the service catalogue. Any optional paid usage or third-party charges require your advance agreement.
Plans, billing & additional costs
Prices and the billing frequency are shown before you purchase. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are prepaid for the year and currently save 15% against twelve monthly payments. A monthly equivalent displayed for an annual plan is not a monthly installment option. Taxes, if applicable, are disclosed before purchase.
Recurring billing requires your express authorization. AI usage, advertising spend, communications usage, and third-party subscriptions may be separate from the plan fee and will be disclosed and agreed before they are incurred. You must supply accurate billing information and keep payment details current.
Price changes apply prospectively after notice and any consent required by law. They do not change an already paid annual period. Please contact us promptly about a billing error so we can investigate; this does not limit your lawful dispute or chargeback rights.
Cancellation & ending service
Our no-contract offer means no separate long-term service commitment for monthly plans; these Terms still govern use of the services. Cancel renewal through any available account cancellation control or by emailing contact@gotriad.co before the next billing date. We will confirm receipt and the effective date. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Monthly cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. Annual cancellation stops the next annual renewal, with access continuing through the paid year. Fees for a used or prepaid period are not normally prorated or refunded, except where required by law, stated in your order, or agreed with us. This does not limit remedies for services we fail to provide as agreed.
Before access ends, request export of your customer data and arrange any hosting or domain transition you need. Export availability depends on the platform and data format. Migration work beyond your agreed scope may require a separate quote. We do not promise indefinite storage after termination; deletion and retention follow our Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any data agreement.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, offers, customer information, and instructions. You must have the rights and permissions needed for materials you provide and for the processing and communications you request. Review and approve deliverables, campaigns, and automated actions before they are used with customers.
Keep credentials secure, limit access to authorized users, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your accounts and integrations. Maintain independent copies of essential business records and make appropriate continuity arrangements.
For email, text, advertising, and telephone campaigns, you must obtain required consent, honor opt-outs, and comply with applicable marketing, privacy, and call-recording rules. Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive data unless we have expressly agreed to the necessary safeguards and contractual requirements.
Acceptable use
Do not use our website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, infringement, or deceptive advertising. Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with service availability, or collect data without authorization.
Do not resell access or use our systems to provide services to unrelated third parties without our written approval. Security testing requires prior written authorization. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
AI, automation & business results
AI employees are software tools, not human employees. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must apply human review and suitable approval controls before relying on outputs, sending communications, or allowing actions that affect customers, money, or business records.
Our systems do not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, or other professional judgment, and must not be relied on for emergency response. We do not guarantee sales, leads, search rankings, advertising returns, revenue, or uninterrupted or error-free AI performance. Any express commitment in an accepted order remains applicable.
Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials and customer data you provide. You grant Triad a limited license to use, reproduce, adapt, and process those materials only as needed to deliver, support, and secure the services or comply with law.
Triad and its licensors retain rights in pre-existing software, templates, tools, reusable components, methods, and website branding. Subject to payment, you may use deliverables for your business as allowed by your order. Subscription-hosted tools remain available during the subscription; any permanent license, source-code handover, or transfer of ownership must be expressly stated in a written agreement. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses.
We do not obtain ownership of your customer data merely by providing the services. We will not use your name, logo, or confidential project work as a public case study without permission.
Third parties & confidentiality
Hosting, payment processors, AI providers, advertising networks, and connected platforms operate under their own terms. Their fees, policies, capabilities, and availability may change. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including provider outages or account restrictions, but will take reasonable steps to address their effect on our agreed services.
Each party must protect the other party’s nonpublic business information with reasonable care and use it only to perform the services. Disclosure is permitted to personnel and providers who need it and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. This does not cover information already public, lawfully obtained elsewhere, or independently developed.
Suspension & termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or overdue payment. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.
Either party may end services for a material breach that remains unresolved after reasonable written notice. If we discontinue a prepaid service for our convenience rather than your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid service fees. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.
Warranties & limits of liability
Except for express commitments in your accepted order and protections required by law, the website, demos, and services are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that every defect will be corrected or that all third-party systems will remain compatible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the services. Triad’s total aggregate liability arising from the affected services is limited to the fees you paid Triad for those services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Third-party claims & disputes
For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Triad for reasonable losses and costs arising from third-party claims caused by unlawful content you supply, your infringement of others’ rights, or your unlawful use of the services. This does not cover losses caused by Triad’s own breach, negligence, or misconduct. We will promptly notify you and reasonably cooperate; no settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on either party without that party’s consent.
If a dispute arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it directly. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising legal rights. Any agreed governing law or venue will be stated in your service agreement, subject to mandatory applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Updates & contact
We may update these Terms and will display the updated date. Material changes affecting existing customers will receive appropriate notice and, where required, consent. Updates do not retroactively change an accepted order or a dispute that has already arisen. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
